By accessing or using the Notelogic website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description ​

Notelogic is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides productivity tools including:

  • Note-taking and organization features
  • AI-powered chat and conversation capabilities
  • Scheduling and time management tools

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Account Registration ​

To use Notelogic, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use ​

You agree not to use our services for any illegal activities or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes
  • Gambling or betting activities
  • Distribution of adult content or illegal material
  • Harassment, abuse, or threats against others
  • Violation of intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfering with or disrupting the service or servers

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, for any violation of these terms.

Subscription and Payment ​

Notelogic operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • Payment processing through our third-party payment provider (Stripe)

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Account Termination ​

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in any misuse of the service. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and associated data, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

Intellectual Property ​

All content, features, and functionality of Notelogic, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by CYBERSAILOR PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using Notelogic. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties ​

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects or errors will be corrected

Limitation of Liability ​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBERSAILOR PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Governing Law ​

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Changes to Terms ​

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
